Hi Asivac,

Thanks for the great job you do on all the chatrooms. I'm also an Inland FSW with no movement for awhile. Its really getting alarming for me because of some news ive read in the chat rooms here. 5 months and 1 week, Yet no final answer. I recently requested for my gcms notes some days back in a frantic bid to know what was going on. I hope i will get a reply before the gcms notes come in. Here is my time line :

ITA: June 23
AOR: Aug 3
Eligibility: in progress
medicals: passed
Background status: not started
Ghost emails: Nov 13, Dec31
cic call: Dec 28

Since then, i have not heard any news or positive feedback. I currently reside in canada and I thought that was supposed to sepeed things up but it isnt. Let me know your thoughts guys Embarrassed
Things have been slow since end Nov because of the additional workload due to the refugee crisis. Hope your application gets through soon.

All the best!

Thanks Brother..So Shld i repeat the Blood tests again after four months from the same hospital or any hospital and upload the test results by CSE..Will my application be in the same state for four months untill i upload my blood test results ?
Nothing wrong with your medicals. The doctor recommends that you repeat blood test for your benefit, nothing to do with CIC. Upload the summary sheet you got and you're good to go.

All the best!

Hi All,
Thanks lot for your timely help. I got one more doubt while preparing for my PR application. Under Immigration history & Citizenship, they asked Has applied for CIC before? I had applied for tourist visa for Canada in 2014 and got visa with multiple entries. Shall I include this? and the visa number 8 digit can be included as UCI No.? Because same will again reflect in Travel history also as I visited Canada for 72 days in 2014. Kindly explain. Thanks again.
Answer Yes if you have a UCI (that 8 digit number is indeed the UCI).

Hi! I have received ITA already but haven't submitted my application yet. However my birthday is coming up and it will change my points. Since i have already received ITA...do i need to submit my application b4 my birthday or it won't affect the points?

IF i have to avoid changing points and recalculating CRS...i will have to submit by this friday, however my spouse is yet to receive one of his employment letters (will be getting on sunday, this was a short experience of 9months and i'm not claiming any points here since this experience is not in Canada). Can I submit without this employment letter?

Please suggest what i shud b doing.

Your points won't be affected as you get exempted if you have a birthday after getting ITA.

You don't need to submit anything for this experience as it doesn't make any difference to your PR application. No harm in submitting a reference letter but it still won't make any difference.

Please suggest what i shud b doing.

Hi Asivad,

I have a question about document organization:

My bank letters are not exactly in the format that CIC requires.
In addition to the bank letters, I'm planning to attach my bank statements for the last 6 months. Would it make more sense if I put them all in one file? Or should I put the bank statements in a Letter of Explanation?

Merge all POF documents together into 1 PDF and upload in the designated placeholder.

If this was an LMIA approved job or a job that matters towards your PN, No. Else, Yes.
Thanks. Neither. I don't have an LMIA neither a PNP.

You can try but agents rarely have any quality information that can be provided to the applicant. Try ordering GCMS notes instead.

I got AOR on 30th Nov and till now only medicals had passed..Thats it.. I earlier consulted with you and its quite early to order GCMS and secondly it is charging CAD$40 as i dont have any contact in canada :-[... I read somewhere that PNP nominee from India goes the PPR very early but that does not seems correct in my case. Please suggest bro what to do. I am checking my CIC account daily two three times but no updates till now.
Thanks from bottom of my heart for your support.

PNPs haven't seen accelerated processing so far. Probably because of the refugee crisis and additional workload. Unfortunately, there is nothing one can do but wait for status updates on MyCIC. There are threads where other Nov AOR are discussing their timelines, spend some time there as well.

Hi Asivad,

Thank you so much for all your help you are giving on this forum.
Your comments are extremely helpful and trusted!!!

I wanted to ask you some questions regarding my EE profile.
I started my job in Feb 2014, (Feb 27 to be exact), so my two year anniversary is very soon.
The thing is that my CRS was increased like a week days ago already counting my work experiences as 2 years.
If I get invitation before Feb 27, 2016, should I reject it??
Also, If I lose my job (I am just worried it would be possible because the company is downsizing now) before Feb 27, should I say I have only 1 year exp even though the system granted me 2 year exp?

Any advice will be much appreciated.
Thank you Asivad!
