Hello Question,
If I submit my Pr application and received eAPR and a few months after I resigned from my job to pursue further studies in Canada will this affect my application in any way. The POF will still be maintained in my account.

Thanks in advance.
You will not receive "eAPR" after submitting your post ITA application. As a matter of fact, you will be submitting the eAPR and you'll get an acknowledgement of receipt.

Now, if you are already in Canada, you might be able to do that as long as it does not affect your eligibility but if you are outside Canada, you'll need a student visa which might most probably be refused. The reason is simple - student visa is a non-immigrant visa and requires you to leave Canada at the end of the program. Having an active EE profile is just the opposite and it means you are intending to immigrate. On these grounds, your student visa might not be approved.

I received my student visa before Nomination and ITA

I got my ppr but I still have my work permit valid until march 16th.Im going to travel in December I don't want to valid my ppr.
Do you think I can come back to Canada and work with WP and valid my PR in March?
This will be possible only if you don't leave Canada till March. If you re-enter Canada after your travel in December, your PR will be activated at the port of entry - you cannot conceal that information from the authorities.

Hi Asivad...Please suggest

I am in a Dilemma..

I have 10yrs of exp.
1. 7+ yrs in the current company with reference letter
2. 1yr in previous employment with no reference letter
3. 2 yrs with first employer with no reference letter.

Do I remove the 1 yr and 2 yr exp from employment history or shall I keep them , submit with whatever other documents I have, post ITA?
for OOPNP I submitted with whatever I had and got nomination.

You already get the maximum score for work experience with your current job.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

If the current job is NOC 0/A/B, you can go ahead and submit the application with only this job entry in work experience section. The other 2 jobs should be mentioned in the personal history section.

I have received ITA under pnp (Ontario).

Now I have a question.
When I submitted my application for OINP. Ontario required funds of $14853, I had $18000 in my account. I withdrew the funds after applying for OINP as needed them for personal use. now that I have received ITA and now I will deposit the funds back into my account and I will take declaration from my parents that these funds are for my personal use only. Will there be a problem in the process from CIC, will these pose an objection for the CIC that I withdrew the funds required for OINP application?

The documents I have prepared:
1- Stamped paper Gift Deed
2- Stamped Paper Affidavit
3- Bank statement of my mother showing transaction that she transfer money to my account with bank stamp.
4- My Bank statement showing transaction receiving money from my mother with bank statement.
5- Mine and my parents' Net worth certificates.

Won't be a problem that you withdrew the funds temporarily.

Thank you Asivad.. One more question. My bank does not provide average balance written on Bank Balance Certificate. Is it okay if I attach official bank statement along with bank balance certificate? do I have to write letter of explanation also?

on more question (might be stupid):

Regarding letter of explanation, do I have to WRITE it or do I have to type n convert it in pdf?

Attach 6 months' bank statements. LOE is optional, needed only if you want to explain anything.

Type and convert to pdf.

Wait for ECAS - that is the surest way of making this change. Else send in a CSE if you're in a hurry.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Shall I wait or use CSE keeping in mind that I am moving new address coming weekend?
Could you tell me, how many days will it take to update address using ECAS AND CSE both?
