No it was not a message,,it was a call to vfs office in my country

He said since I applied online,that there should be a payment I should make and I was not notified about that,it will be used in following up the application since it was submitted online,but my agent did not tell me that,so I should make a payment of about 135$ to fast track the application,the consolate will have the application revealed within 48hrs and documents will be authenticated.
I will provide all my profile after making the payment,and actually this application was for me and my sister,so I still don't know if this really works

What application? Canada does not generally have any fast tracking option.

Your agent should have paid when he submitted the application, you cant really apply without paying.

You should talk to your agent and have him show you the online status or create a myCIC account yourself and link your application.
