Our (myself, mum and 3 siblings) TRV was denied 3 times between 2002-2004.
Reason: was under 179 lack of tight ties with our country Mozambique.
Fast forward, I'm now married, I have a job, husband runs a small business and we have 2 kids now in school. My aunt is inviting myself, hubby +kids to spend Christmas 2023 in Canada. I would like to try.
Questions:
1. Should I request for the GCMS notes from 2004 to see in detail where we can improve the new application?
2. What's the most important tie should we produce to avoid rejection this time?
3. Mum is dead, but my siblings are alive. Is it a must I state them as family ties here in Mozambique?
4. How best can we convince the VO we're coming back?
I appreciate all your inputs.
