this time your application is pretty good and complete.

i hope that they will follow the criteria you mentioned but what i am trying to understand why it will take much time however it can be checked in one week maximum?

This is what bugs me as well.
Riyadh Embassy shouldn't take so much time to process relatively fewer volume of TWP applications in the of Gulf.
Also its strange they have not replied to ur mail as well. In the UAE Applicant forums I have seen that some of them have received replies from Embassy stating that the application is still under the standard processing time.. etc etc..
I thought you should also receive such kind of mail.

Yes and if they have not replied to you then it means that ur application is under process. And since the 6 weeks dead line is nearing for u, there is a high chance that ur visa will be approved. lets wait till wed 24th and if no response from the embassy, you can send them another inquiry and this time they should reply as ur processing time will be over.

Still no response.
In the web site its mentioned that if any general query's answer in already available in the website, they would reply back.
As the average processing time is already mentioned in the website , I really doubt they would reply to my query. Still keeping fingers crossed.

I really think tomorrow you should send a mail to them mentioning that "you applied on xxx date and 6 weeks are over but till no response. request you to kindly update on my status".

your inquiry was related to your case or a general one related to the processing time only?

My inquiry was a general inquiry asking about the current average processing time for TWP.
I cant ask case specific inquiry as in my case Use of Rep form(layer details) has been added and in my 1295 form email id and contact details of the lawyer has been mentioned. So the Embassy wont reply to my email id for case specific queries.
And its only 1.5 weeks for me so cant ask my lawyer also to check with the embassy. At least I need to wait for 1 month (4 weeks) to pass on then I can ask them to check my status with the embassy.

I can feel it friend.
M myself getting a bit nervous. as both of us have the same NOC skill and if it gets delayed then I really don't know what to do. In my case its already delayed. My joining was suppose to be 1st Oct. I thought if things go fine , I could join by Dec on the basis that TWP gets processed within 6 weeks.

But for u i can understand.. 6 weeks passed.. any thing can happen now.. its like the climax has come to ur application..

anyways.. officially ur 6 weeks are getting oven this Wednesday and I have a strong feeling that after ur inquiry tomorrow.. there will be some update for u by this weekend.
