Going through different forums I came to know that unless there is any issue with the applicants package, the CIC always processes the application based on the processing time standards mentioned in the website. Like for CIC UAE its mentioned 1 -6 months for TWP. so In general TWP are processed in between 4-5-6 months in UAE. Where as for CIC Riyadh Embassy its mentioned 6 weeks .
As you had applied on 8th Sept 2012.. I think this is your last week to follow as on 20th Oct 2012 ur 6 weeks are getting over. All the very best dear. May you get your visa and then my TWP visa follows thereafter

No email from the Embassy as I expect.
They clearly mentioned on the website that no reply during processing time.

Anyway, i am waiting.

Thats strange. As you had seen my mail, I had send them the inqury after 3 weeks and they replied the very next day.
I think as my application was already refused and finalized, that might be the reason they replied fast and in your case now your application might be still in process and into final stages of approval so they are not replying.
Lets wait and see.

you are right, most probably, they check the case, if they find that it is finalized (whether approved or refused) they reply back as they know that the courier agency is lazy to call the applicants to inform you. if they find that it is under process and within the processing time, they don't reply.

Yes..In my case they included a return airway bill slip. they gave me the last slip (red color one) and rest other slips (starting from the 1st where i had put the address of sender as "Canadian embassy RIYADH" and in receiver address my local address.) they included in my package. For sending the documents they charged me 100SR and when my documents will be back, I will have to pay 125 SR to get them in hand.
Everyday at 4 pm i make a point to put my return AWB no and track may shipment. Currently it says "INVALID NO" to my satisfaction

I asked them for that in the time of submission and they told me no need, it is common practice with the embassy that we will take back the reply and you will pay to get it. but i did not include any slips with the package .. i hope that it will not be a problem.

NO there is no prob. Canadian embassy will courier your documents through aramax and will sms you your AWB no. It you have not included in your package.
Its just that if you include the return AWB, its an alternative way to track your application (approved or rejected ).
Any ways you are nearing your 6 weeks dead line.. So hopefully by next week some good news to party..

Can you tell me what documents other than the application form documents did you submit in the Embassy?

LMO, Company letter, job offer, my certificates, birth certificates for my kids, marriage certificate, this is what i remember.

what about you?

i forgot some documents,

my resume, reference letters from previous emplyers, banks statement, copy of iqama for me and the family, exit re entry visa for me and the family, and of course passports and their copy.

did u miss any other?

No I think you have included most of the documents that would be needed by the VO.
In my application apart from the documents you mentioned, there is also an obiously the previous refusal letter copy , Cover letter from the lawyer explaining the refusal, My Income tax returns certificate (of India), a self declaration letter stating my previous companies and experience, am employeer immigration request form (its nothing but a cover letter from the Employer).
The above documents are i guess because my application got rejected, I had to include as much documents as possible, but the documents that you had mentioned is more than sufficient for the VO.
What I came to know is, the VO 1st checks whether the applicant meets the complete criteria stated in the LMO or not.. For e.g if in the LMO it states minimum 5 yrs exp req. then they 1st check with the help of the documents provided that we meet the criteria or not. 4 years 11 months is also not accepted. And then they check the cover letter of the Employer.

I have a friend of mine who recently went to TORANTO same NOC skill B, did his processing from Malaysia.
He only submitted, cover letter, resume, Malaysia resident card, LMO and offer letter. He got his visa without any issue.

Last time I didn't submit any cover letter from the Employer And also didn't submit any previous reference or experience letters.
