I just submitted another webform, and explained that this is my 3rd submission with a generic response lol. 3rd times the charm?
@preet.tech89 It looks like there are quite a few people unable to register. I still cannot.
A few questions,
Did you have a PR tracker account before? (I didn't)
I also spoke to someone on another forum, who in the past was not able to register for a good 3-4 weeks and then able to register (old tracker) so not sure how that is related but looks like there is some sort of a step in between that they need to do too.
No reply on the second webform yet, I'll update when and if I get it.
Thanks
I spoke too soon, they replied back
again with a generic reply. I have clearly explained I got AOR, and how many days it has been.
The generic email says
This does not help at all. This is the second time I've sent them the screenshot as well as all the details. They took 2 weeks to send me a generic reply that does not help.Code:Citizenship Application Tracker - Technical issues To create an account and access the Citizenship Application Tracker, you need to: Have applied for a citizenship grant (Adult (18 or older) or Minor (under 18)) and have already received your acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) letter/email, (If you are the applicant) Provide the following information about yourself (must match the information submitted on your application): unique client identifier (UCI) or client ID, application number, (If you are a representative or designated individual) Provide your: party ID, more information on party IDs (e.g., how to get your party ID, what to do if you have multiple party IDs or if you don't see your clients' files, etc.) is available for you on our website, first name, and last name, Have access to the email address included in the application. @linxord lol hopefully to get real response. I even called them but only response I received was that the app is still in the inventory (which is weird as they sent the email for creating the tracker account) and should wait for the response of webformI just submitted another webform, and explained that this is my 3rd submission with a generic response lol. 3rd times the charm?
@linxord What's the PR tracker account? If I remember correctly that I had only the gckey account which I used to login for checking my PR application progress. If something else, then I never had.
If you meant old tracker as ECAS tracker then I did try to register there as well but no luck as it gave me no record found. Did that person (who was not able to register for 3-4 weeks) share any screenshots over the webform? and is it working for him/her now?
I did not have a tracker account for PR/portal. I became PR before that.@linxord May I have your view on this?
My guess is that till they do next update (on your case), it will remain same. For example, BG complete or Test invite. I am not sure what's timeline is and what's your next stage would be. But nothing might happen before that. That's my guess.@linxord I also got the same reply as you received like to share the same information (which I already shared with screenshots) again via webform, which is weird!
Any luck for you?
No luck, still trying every day. I think wink is right about guessing that something might happen with an update on our file.@linxord sorry to ask again but any luck?
Same issue, whats ur ECAS status? No luck, still trying every day. I think wink is right about guessing that something might happen with an update on our file.
That said, I have been seeing too many people that have the same issue as us. Something is going on up there.
Application Received in ECAS.Same issue, whats ur ECAS status?
Dang, mine was delivered on Oct 4, received AOR on 17th Nov. same ECAS status and same shitty error on tracker like urs, almost all of Oct applicants having same issue besides one or two. I know in ECAS it changes to in-process when bg is clear and test invite is near, though how come most of applicants status in spreadsheet from AOR to IP is just next day?Application Received in ECAS.
I think the IP in the spreadsheet is filled in from the tracker being in progress not ecas. I'll keep you guys updated if anything meaningful comes back from my 3rd webformDang, mine was delivered on Oct 4, received AOR on 17th Nov. same ECAS status and same shitty error on tracker like urs, almost all of Oct applicants having same issue besides one or two. I know in ECAS it changes to in-process when bg is clear and test invite is near, though how come most of applicants status in spreadsheet from AOR to IP is just next day?
Edit: Moreover as per glossary of ECAS, in-process is when application is sent to nearest VO, so our application didn't yet sent or how come next day it was sent of applicants whose status changed next day or two, boh!
