I stayed with friends so I gave their address. AirBnb is not the most reliant especially if you don't know the owners personally. (god forbid the PR card gets misplaced in your absence). however many have given airbnb/hotel as temporary address on landing and then informed CiC about change in address when they find something more permanent. PR card takes about 6-8 weeks from day of landing, so you have that window to finalise an address.
Oh, ok, cool! Thank you so much for suggestion! That sounds reasonable!

yes you can use the office address of your immigrant representative (assuming its in canada) and he/she is ok collecting it and passing it on to you. a friend of mine gave her lawyers Canadian address and i was able to collect it from him since he was not comfortable to courier/post it.
Thanks for the advice.

Hi! First of all, congrats on the successful landing! I have a question about the declaration card. How do you evaluate the cost of your belongings ? For example if I am bringing an old laptop and clothes, do I need to write down the price I bought it for? And what about the clothes? This part is really confusing for me..

Congrats on successfully completing the whole process.
Is a Canadian address the only one they accept to mail your PR card or do they accept US addresses too ?

Thank you. Unfortunately not, only Canadian address. It can be in any province not necessarily the one in which you land but has to be a local one.

Thank you! So for the declaration card, you just need to specify monetary instruments - like cash, travellers cheques etc. I wasn't carrying too much so it was below the stipulated 10k.

The purpose of this declaration is to detect money laundering or tax frauds. So Clothes or any other household things like kitchen items or small furnishings etc do not need to be declared. They don't carry too much value. I was having my iPad but didn't declare that either and it didn't cause any issue, same with phones or my friend who had a laptop. But it's better to inform the officer about the same and they'll advise accordingly. They're pretty friendly thru the entire process.

For more details here's something I found on the CBSA site, you can download a PDF copy of what the declaration form looks like and also read about all the other categories. Oh and for all PR the purpose of trip to be filled is personal . Hope this helps
