I'm in review required as well with CB01126.. I had ordered notes that never came, raised a complaint today to ATIP. Let's see
I should get my notes so. I just finished 120 days..keep me posted

Thank you, best of luck to you too! It seems like almost all cases with at least one "review required" in the application tend to be processed longer, especially with Sydney as a VO. So it's definitely not uncommon.
Have you heard of any rejections after RR.. I am waiting on my notes to arrive this week. I've been sleepless for the past 2 months and it's affecting my personal life :(

Relax, you are just 4 months since AOR.

There was an update in my account on the 5th of June. The only thing that changed is that medical changed from "You passed the medical exam" to "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes". Before that I made a call to Immigration and the agent said that my application is in queue for review of the officer.

And btw from what I've gathered CB01126 is the identifying code for Sydney VO in general, not just one officer. That justifies the amount of people with the same case.
Hi Danny,

Myself, Inland applicant and with CIO sydney for RR. Even I've observed the change in medical status. However, my medicals are valid through Nov 2019. But my spouse medicals expired on 18th May 2019. My medicals status changed from 'Passed' to 'Do not require' on June 5th 2019. I spoke with an agent yesterday, he said that medical extension has bee requested. Fingers crossed !

If your file is in Sydney, then expect the process to take at least 6 months. Yes, rejections can happen at any time, including after RR, but be ready to wait at least 6 months, more likely you won't hear anything from IRCC during that time.

Hey all, what is the oldest application here ???! Mine is July 5th 2018. Just for understanding how long does this vo take... My reason for 11 months wait is probably coz of new born addition.

Yes, the refusals occur even after that much time. The reason for most of them is a wrong job reference letter. You need to be extra careful with that so you don't miss job duties, hours worked per week, salary etc.

Good luck! Yeah I think I also got extended. Either way it's still good they watched into our applications.

Hi,

I have just called CIC as last week I had an update, my additional documents status went from we are reviewing to not applicable. The agent on the phone told me that security / criminality / eligibility were passed. I am in the last step. He told me that maybe I will have to redo the medical or it will be extended.

I was in Eligibility review required for the past 14 months in the queue of CB01126
