Hello I sponsored my wife from Colombia, she landed on January 2014 she had previously lived in Canada with her parents but they were denied their refugee claim, they were given the plane tickets back to Colombia, when I sponsored her we had to pay for the ticket the Canadian government had paid for their return to Colombia. Now we are interested in applying for a super visa for her mom so she can come visit and meet our kids, my question is will she still be able to apply for a super visa after she had been deported from Canada, she is willing to pay for the tickets she was given and any pardon involved. Also how long does it take to get a visa and who should apply my mother in law or my wife?
Thank you
