Hi, I am new to the forum and would like to know how the lico works? My husband and daughter hold Canadian citizenship while I am a permanent resident. We would like to invite my mother here but are not clear about lico system. Do we need to have income higher than lico for the most recent year or the previous three year? Would appreciate prompt reply. Thanks!
