Super Visa for Parents

I am applying for Super Visa for my mother from India, I have 3 questions:

1- Can she Travel to Canada on Visitor Visa ( Which she already has) while her Super Visa is in Applied Status
2- Can I show an employment letter / paystub as proof that my income meets or is above the low-income cut-off (LICO) or filing Tax and showing the filed Tax papers is mandatory
3- While writing the Invite letter for the Super Visa of Parents what duration i should mention in the letter.

Is she ready to return to India when the visa office request for her passport? Would be easier if she use the existing visitor visa to travel to Canada and then apply to extend her stay (for up to 2 years) near the end of the original stay.
