Hi All,
I have questions on super visa, I would like to apply for my mother once I find a job in Canada, I will be landing in August as a new immigrant then I will be looking for a job, once I find a job I would like to apply for super visa, my questions are:
1- does the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) should be what I will earn during the year or it should be what I have earned for the last year? lets say I found I job which covers the minimum income as per Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) per year, but I just started to work and I just got paid for a 1 month, will I be able to apply?
2- Do I have to buy a return ticket if she get the visa.
3- What is the nearest or the easiest nearest point for her to exist and enter to meet the 2 years max stay.
I plan to apply for a sponsorship her for PR, but I read that it is long processes and its closed now. and I'm the only child of my mother and she actually she lives with me. So please guide me specially the people who had similar experience.
Regards,
S7
