Hi, my father recieved an email about his supervisa application that status has been updated. But it doesn't show any update online. What should he do?

Hello how long ago you have applied please share the status ,I applied on August 17th but my father mother application is not yet moved after giving biometrics
If they have done their medical there is a backlog in processing medicals so that may be the issue.
