Super Visa: Passport Request only for main applicant and not for spouse?

Hi,

I have a confusion. My parents applied for a super visa back in april 2017. My father was the main applicant and my mother applied as the spouse. We received the passport request now. However the passport request letter mentions only my father's name. Is this normal? Should we submit both passports or should my mother wait for a separate passport request letter? Anyone having any experience in this regard?

Hi,

Since my father had 30 days time to submit the passport, we decided to wait for around 10 days to see if my mother also receives the passport request letter. After waiting for around 7 days we decided to submit an inquiry regarding my mother's application. However just before we wanted to submit the inquiry, my mother also received the passport request letter. We finally submitted both the passports together.
