Do we need to pay full medical insurance for super visa before submitting application? Or can we pay super visa medical insurance in monthly installment?

Technically it says you can pay in instalments but there have been many people who have been denied for not paying the full year in advance before they submit their application. I would suggest applying for the full amount/ your parent can get a refund for the unused portion when they return home. There are likely concern that some will miss instalments if they don’t have to pay for tv full year in advance

As IRCC mentioned that installment is acceptable, then what is the logic they denied super visa for not paying full amount? Is there any logic they mentioned in refusal letter even though medical insurance installment is acceptable as per ircc site?
