Actually my advice is correct. You won't get your NOA after December. You will likely not have all you tax slips until much later. Tax deadline is the end of April therefore you should expect NOA in May or perhaps earlier if you receive your tax slips earlier. I also specified you shouldn't mention your wife's pregnancy which Bryanna also specified.
@Bryanna and I have both seen most supervisas filed so soon after your arrival in Canada be refused because you don't have a long employment history. Canada does not want parents to make sure parents remain visitors and they are no moving toCanada with their children using the supervisa program. I don't appreciate your attitude.
