Super Visa from India.

Hello!!

I am applying Super Visa for my Parents. There are 2 applications,

Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257] (PDF, 326 KB)

Schedule 1 – Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257 – Schedule 1] (PDF, 367 KB)

which one should I be using ?

Family Information:

My Dad has 7 siblings, I don't know all of their address and date of birth, what should I do, Is there any work around it with out causing any delays in visa process.

Also who will be the principal applicant.

Should I fill 2 applications stating both my parents as principal applicant ?
