They would need to apply for a super visa if they want a super visa - it's a separate application. To qualify, they need to have an adult child who is a Canadian citizen or Canadian PR and is living in Canada - and who makes enough money to meet the low income cut off.

None of us here can tell you if they will be approved - that will be up to IRCC.

As they were living in for longer period time and only day exit from canada, do they effect on their suparvisa

To my knowledge, they will get letters if their super visas are approved (not visa counterfoils stamped in their passports). They must show these letters at the POE

Being US citizens does not exempt them from applying for super visas. They can stay for up to two years on initial entry only if they are approved for super visas.

Currently they have been returning to the US to "reset" their visitor status. If it seems like they have been "staying* and not *visiting* they can be denied entry or given exclusion orders.

Yes, their current long stays as visitors can negatively impact their super visas approvals

It is certainly possible that this apparent "abuse" of visitor privilege is going to be a problem.

Seems like your family member is living in Canada. Expect that the visa will be refused at a certain point and your family member will need to return home and reestablish ties to the US.

Hello Everyone I want to let people know that as we applied for parents supervisa on May 25 2019 today June 21 2019 we got visa approval letter. Parents are US citizen and they were here in canada for longer period of time before but still we got supervisa so depends on every case for visa approval and refusal.
