My husband and I are Permanent Residents. I’m pregnant and I’m due in September. I want to apply for the Super Visa for my mom so she can come be with us and meet her grandchild. My questions are:
1. Can I do all her application process and submit the documents here in Canada as she doesn’t speak English? (she will be signing and sending them to me to upload them in the website)
2. She is not working anymore and has no ties back home, is this can be a problem?
What you suggest me to do? I’m confused, if someone went through same
