I am in a similar situation.
Applied for my Mom and Dad on Nov19. Mom got passport request on Jan 24 but Dad’s file still pending. Last update on Dad’s file was medical passed on Feb 07

I was in the same boat dad got ppr on feb 26 and mom got it today….applied on dec 16

Hey, no nothing tried to call them couple of times but all they said was wait until end of the month as it is still within processing time. It has been 119days so far.

why this much delay in processing? Do anyone has the same thing and how can we contact them apart from checking it in online ?

You can contact them by call or web form, although they might not have more information then what is showing in the account but still worth a try

Please let me know if you get any updates. I'm in the same boat. Got Medical request doc for both my parents today.

Bio: Dec 19, 2024(Completed from previous application. Had 2 visitor visa refusals before)
Medical done: Dec 23,2024(Submitted webform)
Webform confirmation: Jan 13,2025 (They stated that they had received my IME and has passed it to visa officer for review)
Eligibility: Not Started
IRCC requested medical - Jan 28th
Medical: Not Started
Background Check: In Progress(for both)

Thanks for letting me know. I checked now for my parents. Medical was passed for both. I also noticed eligibility also completed on the tracker.

For passport submision, do you know if appointment is required and if one person can go in and submit on behalf of both.
