Super Visa application Nepal

Guys, I applied for super visa for my parent in Nepal to Delhi Canadian High commission on March 22, 2017. I was expecting to receive medical instruction email sometime in April or May, however, they send stamped passport with super visa for 10 years without medical examination.

Can anyone suggest me if they have to do medical before they arrive in Canada ?

They might or not.

As long as they do not request it you shouldn't worry at all.

Thanks, I think I a should not worry for medical as they didn't ask
