Hello,
I need help
My mother's super-visa got rejected
Reason: Hosts combined net income is less than LICO for 4 persons
Our combined Total income was $47200 in 2016
our Combined total net income was $39000 because $8200 went to RESP

Please help me which income should be considered for super visa?

May be experts can advise, didn't know CIC looked at net income in LICO.

We applied at Chandigarh VO, India. I was worried as I wasn't able to attach my application to online account, so I called CIC and they said you need to wait as they are processing files from June and within a week, we got our passport back with visa.

Hi BHAV... I just posted a reply to your other thread. I entered 5000$ in the funds available for my mother-in-laws super visa application. They never asked for any supporting documents and I never gave any bank statement. My mother-in-law doesn't even have a bank account nor a property in her name, she is completely dependent on us for finance. I just uploaded mine and my husband's notice of assessments and T4s and she got her super visa approved with no questions asked. Things could be different on your application though so if your parent(s) have something to show you can show it but its not necessary, as far as I know for Super visa application they look at the sponsor's financial situation and not at the visitor's. Hope this helps!

Hi,
Your post is very encouraging, as my mother is fully dependent on us, and she doesn't have anything in her name.

Can you advise all the papers you submitted from both your side and her side?

And, how long did you mention your mom would stay here in Canada?

Thank you!

Finally! my mom's medical in the online acct changed to passed.

Hi Everyone,

I have recently applied online for my parents super visa. As a proof of income, i attached employment letter showing position+annual salary, and 2 months bank statement showing receipt of salary.

Are these enough?

Now i realized that we need to add job description in employment letter.

Am i good?

Can anyone share their recent experience with super visa application overall. Are they too strict or if you meet requirements.

Hi All,
I am preparing supervisa application for my parents, I will be Family representative for my parents.
I am filling IMM5713 form, Do I need to create MyCIC (father) account to submit the application for my parents or I can use MyCIC (Mine-representative) account to submit the application for parents?
as it says
" this form is for a family member who wish to apply online together in one mycic submission. to do so, all members must complete this form ( one per family) to appoint the family member whose mycic account will be used to submit the application."
