Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

we submitted online application with upfront medicals on Apr 13. Then i found on online status that medical passed on 1 or 2 May. after this, no update at all. no documents asked. no calls. no email. nothing so far and it's over a month after medicals have been passed. and almost 2 months since application submitted.
check on CIC website. they say they are resolving some technical issues, online status may not be correct. so i think we just need to sit back and wait for their email.

I'm new in this thread and have few questions, will be thankful if someone can answer.
1) I started working last month and it's a 6 months contract with weekly bases payment. My previous income tax was low income. Am I still eligible to apply for a super visa for parents?
2) My parents live in a city different than than the visa office. How many times they have to travel there?
3) Is the minimum necessary income before or after tax deduction?

we got my mom's super visa today
timeline...
applied at vfs jalandhar on 19may
processing started at chandigarh vfs on 22 may...
visa granted 5 june
got stamped passport 12 june
paper based application with upfront medical...

Congradulations. it was prettly fast. am still waiting on my dads application applied on May 1st.
This is freaking bs*****.Some people getting sv in weeks some like me waiting from 2 and half months and all crapy..updates not accurate at all on cic.Applied April 12th

Where as my father in law's:
Result of Medical: Passed
They have both done medical at the same time on May 31st, 2017 and FIL was updated in 5 days but MIL does not show "passed".
