I don't think so, applications are initially only checked for completeness and they wait their turn for a case processing agent's first pass, which is usually around the processing times. The whole process after the first pass is only a few days at most or in TRV cases it is the during the first pass the application is approved/rejected.

Notes arrive in under a week, I bet you it hasn't even been looked at once yet.

Hmm....sounds ok.

Even I am waiting for your notes desperately.

Got PPR for mother supervisa! Does it mean visa is approved? I applied online

Yes for sure, congratulations

Could you please share your timeline?

Also visa office and if the application is paper based or online?

Got PPR too, looks like another online app which was filed a week after me also got a PPR(smileforu). So looks like my guess was correct, online apps weren't touched until today.

If they dont pull another CIC act on you(re-prioritize apps, increased processing times), you should have it by first week of May.
Almost there, hang tight.
Good Luck, I hope you get it much sooner though.

Anyone can help me reason to refuse for super visa
Apply on April 4

Reasons:
Travel History
Personal assets and financial status
Other reasons:
Your host does not have sufficient income based on documents provided to meet LICO for 5 people.
This is determined by taking into account the number of persons in Canada for whom the sponsor is
responsible and you.

My mother in law does not have visit any country. She is a house wife and widow.
Document provides from her has a balance her account about 8k canadian equivalent and 2 property appartement under her name.

For family size is 4 with mother in law but they mension 5 persons.
Reason to visit wife will give a birth this month, doc document provided. My wife is presently on parent leave provided approved letter from Quebec parental QPIP. My present job letter and pay slips.
2017 NOA shows total family income is 44 500 total.
For LOIC in Quebec for 4 person is 43 301 for that reason i count will eligible. I did apply for visit visa , she does not have travel history and she is a bouse wife.

my question how they count we are 5 person now. True will be 5 person in future. Application goes without process and before goes open they refused. we submit all necessary document.

How they income count base on T4 or NOA or present earning?
Anyone can help. thank you.

any one can help or i order for notes.

Could be an error on case processing agent's part or could have deliberately included your yet to be born child as your wife is due this month. Either way with your income being almost borderline lico cutoff it could be difficult.

Also with your baby due this month, you definitely wont have enough time. Why dont you apply for a visit visa.

If the whole LICO is the only reason your application was rejected, you visit visa app should be approved quickly.

Hi all,
I applied for my parents supervisa online on March 29
I used representative for the process.
My consultant has not informed me of any progress after the submission except of providing me with the file number.
Is there any way that i can check the status of the application as it is the consultant who submitted the application online?

and best of luck for those who got PPR.

If it was an online application the representative must have used a GC key, ask your rep to provide you the key, the pass code and security questions so you can check the application status yourself.

Not generalizing representatives, but it is always a good thing to keep an eye on the application yourself, there was a recent case where a representative did not tell an applicant about a passport request and his visa was refused.

Once you have all the information you can log in to the CIC account here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp
