Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

Hi everyone. I applied in behalf of my parents for super visa in march 8, 2017 but, unfortunately I forgot to attach their proof of income, assests, and funds with the invitation letter. I thought the application was going to be rejected but march 16th they requested for medical. Does it mean that they have accepted and processed the application without the proof of their assests? I'm afraid that they will be rejected after getting the medical exam which is not cheap. Thanks in advance

Feb 2017 online applicant, "Medicals Passed" a week after and nothing since then.

Did you file an online or a paper application?

I applied online application on first week of March and with Upfront medical. A week later status changed to pass but nothing since then.

Wondering what's going on??

Hey Guys, I'm also waiting for my mom and dad's supervisa. I applied online for them last week of feb, got medicals in 3 days after applying. completed and medicals and now the status shows "Medical Passed". What's the normal wait time after passing medicals ??

Even that is the big question for us also.

I am posting this question again because I didn't get any response before and this question killing me daily.

After submission of my dad online application within an hour I realized that in form IMM5257, I supposed to check "Yes" where it's been asked that if ever you refused for VISA because as my dad got his Visitor visa rejected last year 2016 June. But I mistakenly check "No"

However in explanation section of online application I explain everything in details point on point as per rejection letter.

Do I expect my father applicant return or reject because of this small mistake?

Current status: File in process and Medical passed.

I just saw your pm to me. As you have already sent the CSE, and it has been updated in your dad's application, there's nothing to worry about.

When did the update change to 'Medicals passed'?

IRCC has updated your dad's application (internal update) after you sent the CSE. There won't be a new update to what you see in the MyCIC account.

Hopefully you'll get a passport request soon

Thanks a lot for your kind reply and now I'm feeling relaxed.

They are increasing processing time every week and for India it's now 74 days. Don't know how soon I will get PPR. I can't raise any further CSE to know the update before end of May as per new timeline.

As you have applied online your application might not even be with NDVO. Who knows where online apps end up and what processing times apply.

Do i need to send document via raising CSE?

Without medical insurance your mom's super visa application is incomplete. It all depends on VO, if VO will contact you for medical insurance paper or reject the application.

I encourage you to raise CSE as soon as possible and explain the situation in explanation column.

I don't really know how CSE work, hopefully they are routed to applicant's country of origin. But I did get a reply back from CIC specifically saying they are routed to a central pool/queue. So, technically they could end up anywhere, knowing CIC, the reply I got might not even be correct.

are the forms for super Visa same as the temporary resident visa or a visitor Visa?
