Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

What if dont have full year NOA for last years income as we had landed there in Canada in Mar'15. Can we apply for super visa for parents on the basis of current years pay stubs or employment letter covering LICO.

You have to show proof of income that you meet LICO for your family+parents. An employment letter is not normally a good evidence as it only shows projected income. Hence, last year's NOA or T4 is considered better in this case.

If I were you, I would wait another year. But you can certainly try your luck this year.

Does the invitation letter need to be written by hand and then signed ? or

Can it be printed using word document and then signed manually ?


Please let me know which way has worked successfully for most applicants.

I never thought of writing it by hand.

I always typed in Word and then signed/notarized on the printed copy.

Today my wife got her Super Visa. Date of Application:March10,2016. Medical Request:April18,2016. Medical done:April20,2016. Passport with Visa Stamp Received:May18,2016. Invitation letter was not Notorised and Downloaded copy was included with the application.By the Grace of Almighty GOD everything went GOOD and she got Visa.

NOA isn't officially mandatory, but is treated such by some LVO (especially Asian countries). Surely, it's the best proof to show that you meet LICO. Hence, it's lot safer to submit one.

I have lico well above needed amount for last two years.
Will that be sufficient? Or i will have to wait till 3 years. I can show letter of employment as proof of my permanent job and lico requirement for 3rd year.
Is that possible.
I dont want to wait for another year to apply super visa due to family situation.
Has anyone got supervisa with 2 yrs of lico?

I don't think there is any requirement wait 3 years or have NOA for 3 years, its just your last year and current year income that counts

Hi friends one question
when you applied online on you parents behalf, did you write any explanation that you are submitting the docs online or filled in any representation form.

I am confused. my mother cant use computer and cant speak English, so i am filing the online application on her behalf. where as on the application form i mentioned selected neither where they as whether you can speak English and french

and in the explanation i just wrote as if she is writing, i dont know if visa office will raise any objection that if she doesn't know English how can she write the explanations in English

a quick reply will be really appreciated, i am planning to submit the application tonigh

You need to fill out the use of representative form, she needs to sign this, so you'll have to get someone there to print it, get her to sign it and then scan and email it to you.
