We have applied for my mother's Supervisa on February 17th 2022 on new portal.
We have got the medical request on 1st March 2022 but we have completed the medical upfront on 26 Feb 2022. Now, we have raised two webforms to update the medical as we have already completed medical but no reply from their side/update.
Anyone having same scenario or case. How to make sure that medical is done and completed and when will it get updated on portal?
Nope. I have created and submitted file on 17 Feb 2022 but did the upfront medical on 26 Feb 2022 (9 days after but before getting the Medical request which is on 1st March 2022)Did you upload the upfront medical document when you filed the online application?
Yes that is why. Upfront medical is what you do before submitting your file as there is an option to upload the document for medical. I think if you raise and upload it through Webform it will clear your medical within few days.Nope. Yeah, already submitted two webforms. Its 12 days since we submitted first webform & 3 days since we submitted second webform but no reply/update on that.Yes that is why. One invitation letter is enough for twoIf applying for supervisa for both parents together, should we write individual invitation letters or write just one letter for both?
They only send out a no-reply email after you submit. Then no more response if the document is proceeded within the time frame. I did updated a lot of documents successfully without any emails back from CIC. Hope that helps.Yeah, already submitted two webforms. Not sure, how we can call or reach out to them to check status ? After calling them getting same update, we are unable to transfer your request.
I have similar scenario. I had submitted an application in September 17th through other planform. For that application we have completed both medical and biometric but never got a decision. Then on January 17th I created another application on Portal. The biometrics results were automatically ported on the application but they again asked for medical. When I went to the panel physicians they said that they cannot do another medical. They send a request for merger of two medical requests. I also raised a webform 4 weeks earlier. But no response since then. The current status reads that Medical Results has not been received. Not sure what is happening. Can't get through their call center.Hello,
