I believe showing bank balance for parents in Super Visa is not a requirement as such. The onus is on the person inviting them to show enough funds. But everyone just attaches bank balance statements for their own satisfaction so yeah your father's bank account would do just fine.Hi All
Applying for parents super visa. Do we need to show bank balance for both the parents. My mother don't have a account. Is it sufficient to show just father's bank statement and a joint bank account?. I do have all other document required for host and eligible under LICO
If you are applying for supervisa, you don't need dummy ticket, but if you are applying for visitor visa, you will definitely need a dummy ticket.Hello everyone
I am applying for my mother’s supervisa for 7.5 months and I am stuck on what to upload for "purpose of travel”. I heard that dummy tickets could be used but do we have put anything Other than that
Can someone help me with this please.
You need Biometric letter , can not be done upfront. Can biometrics can also be done up front? or first apply and wait for the request from IRCC?
How can you prove that you are meeting the requirements if you haven’t worked for one year? They calculate are income from jan to dec. That’s why they are asking for Noa or T4. They can also check ytd income by paystubs. That is not correct. As per "https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/parent-grandparent-super-visa/eligibility.html", you just need to meet LICO requirements.
As per - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5256-applying-visitor-visa-temporary-resident-visa.html#incometables, It states LICO requirements for Year 2020 ".
Income Table
Effective from January 1 to December 31, 2020"
It doesn't state anywhere you can not apply before 1 year. So as long as your yearly income meets LICO requirements, I think safest would be to apply after job probation is over(just in case)...
It’s not updated yet but they are going to update the minimum income requirement for 2021 soon. How can you prove that you are meeting the requirements if you haven’t worked for one year? Hi,It states this:
You must submit proof that you are coming to Canada for a temporary visit.
Examples of what you can provide as proof:
A scanned copy of:
Your flight ticket departing Canada,
Your travel itinerary (e.g. places you will visit or stay, such as hotel booking),
Proof of a medical appointment. ''
Please guide
They can calculate based on your Letter employment plus last 3 month's salary slips. They have not stated T4 or NOA is compulsory hence they do not require for full one year if you can prove through employment letter and pay slips. Most salaried people have fixed annual income not sure about self-employed though. How can you prove that you are meeting the requirements if you haven’t worked for one year? You can try but i am pretty sure they need T4 or NOA.They can calculate based on your Letter employment plus last 3 month's salary slips.
