There is a placeholder for "client information" for each of my parents. What documents go in there?
the documents proving ties to home country , should go in "Purpose of travel" placeholder?

Explanation letter along with some other documents like real estate or vehicle or land ownership documents with a translation either in English or French.

i would suggest, stick to more than 6 months if you want super visa, coz if you mention 6months or lesser - they might just issue temporary visitor visa.

You can say anything. Super Visa is supposed to be for Long stays upto 2 years so its all good.

Few things if u guys can confirm please:

1 What do they check in medical exam? If my mother has Diabetes / Blood pressure and Thyroid, will it be an issue?
2. Where I can check the insurance plans which can be taken for her?

my parents just did their biometreics 2 days back, my moms status shows "submitted" and show biometrics completed, but dad status shows "your action is required" and that they still processing. Both id biometrics same day.
