Excellent. Thats 91 + 6 + 2 = 99 days.

What do you think made the process faster?

Two reasons. Firstly, during the first half of year there was a rush for temporary visas, people renewing. That came down a lot in later part of the year when all the movement and immigration became slow. Secondly, IRCC also adapted with times. Finding ways to continue their business even in a lockdown.

Actually I did not apply myself. My immigration attorneys from organisation applied from Canada itself so I guess it might have been inland.
