Okay. So in test invite, their are no instructions that inform IRCC if you are outside Canada ? I recall someone shared invite email which has mentioned it. It's great to hear that we can proceed without informing them at all.

When it safe to say that Canada post lost your PR cards? I got an update on July 2nd that Pr cards are mailed- to Manitoba and I believe there is no way to track them at all and cant even contact IRC for 6 weeks?

lots of those who linked the pr app received a GU. I got ecopr on June 17 and I received a GU yesterday too.

Thanks. Yes you are right. My trv was transferred to abu Dhabi office on April 13 due to change in residence and received ppr on April 15.
