Hi Rita
Thank you for the reply
Sry but I don't know the visa office I'm from Cameroon I really don't know how the check the office handling the application

Hello Ndifor,
How are you doing? have you gotten your visa approved? Please let me know.

I have an issue here, my nephew applied for study permit, he is in a country that he is not supposed to do medicals, but because he is doing a program related to health, he was asked to do it. Results are out and we both are confused weather we should attached it to as additional document or what should we do? Any ideas/

Best bet is career single male, at prime age with no spouse or children. With your profile, there is weak family ties. It would be different if you were 20's but at 32 they will assess family ties based on you..
As long as you’re not married and with kids, the Canadian embassy will discriminate against you, even if you show strong financial capability, a long term job and lots of previous travel. Yes, it IS discrimination. It’s not weak family ties.

Hi Can you please help me how to prove my family ties I'm iraqi living in Turkey short term residency since 7 years I'm 19 yo got admitted to undergraduate program. I'm the only son for my mum my mother got a property in Turkey and good bank account my dad working in iraq he had been to the Us several times and go and come to my mother. i have to half brothers from my father side one is a dr in Germany the other is dentist in iraq. how esle i can prove i have significant family ties? I think the refuse is based on my nationality because what other document can i give? i have a good travel history
Was your study permit refused with PAL? If you have short term residency then you need to show ties to return to Iraq. So you need to show career opportunities to justify costs. Since father is in Iraq focus on ties for you to return. Property not in your name and half siblings are not ties.

since I'm computer science and looking for to study in AI fields I thought to job the job opportunities in the gulf like uae since I travelled there already and i thought i will explain in the explaining letter that since the uae near to my parents and I'm arab so I will have a big chance to work there especially if i graduate from Canadian university also canada isn't stable economically and the job chances are very challenging while in the uae zeoro tax on the salary same culture ‍♂ like i thought i will just write the truth my mum 60 yo father 65 and yes i got pal letter
But if you don’t have UAE residency then that is not a tie to return nor a job opportunity. Ties are either to where you live now (showing long term residency permit) or country of citizenship .

then I will say that since my father is Assistant Dean in a university he could offer me a job opportunity as a University teaching assistant and also working in the computer science and engineering labs which he really can i will attach a certificate showing my dads job signed from the university and having this dgree from Canada will offer me jobs opportunities easily in iraq and the Middle East in general also iraq is slowly recovering and having a AI major would let me teach and bring that field to iraq. Like what else can i say ? thank you so much for answering
You show ties to return to Iraq. How long is program? Show job opportunities in Iraq.

Please share how old you are, what you’re planning to study in Canada and what you studied in your home country. You could share what your financial situation is like and whether you’re paying for your own studies or whether your parents are sponsoring you. what are you currently doing in your home country and are your parents also in your home country? Do you have any work experience? or any other information that could be useful

How old are you? Focus on the career opportunities and mention that parents are in Iraq. Focus on the costs of a Canadian education (total costs) and the salary you will have to justify costs.

Show ties to return to Iraq since you have short term residency. This is not about your parents. You are 19 and in a 4 year program so will be 23 when you graduate and no longer a dependant.
