im a senior Internal auditor. No im not returning to UAE going to put as returning to home country after studying. No im married
So if an auditor, you provide how taking a MBA at UCW (FYI is one of the worst MBA schools in Canada and is only for international students) will give you amazing career opportunities when you return to country of citizenship. Family ties to return are spouse.
Do you think getting a job offer from home country would help? I’m not sure how possible that is but is it a point
One of the reasons you were refused is because spouse is planning to come so you need to have strong ties to return to country of citizenship. Spouse will need to show strong ties to return to. Job offer 2-3 years from now is not really feasible.
You were refused because taking such an expensive program at a poor school with a poor reputation will not give you career advantages. So you need to focus on justification.

The applicant does not have significant family ties outside Canada.
After considering the applicant's academic and professional history, their financial situation, as well as their planned studies and explanation provided for it, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student who wil pursue studies ni Canada. The stated benefits of their intended studies do not seem to warrant the cost and difficulty of undertaking foreign education.
The applicant has limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.
Weighing the factors in this application. Iam not satisfied that the applicant wil depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
So address reasons:
- Family: If spouse is coming then you have no family outside Canada. Consider applying without spouse.
- Funds: How much did you show including tuition?
- Justify: Need to justify program costs with career and higher pay in country of citizenship. Given you are going to UCW, IRCC doesn’t think you are a genuine student and are trying to immigrate.
- Change schools: Get admission to a public DLI, not a crappy school.
- Job: What better job will you have with higher pay than you do now.
- Show ties to return to country of citzenship: IRCC doesn’t believe you will leave Canada given current status and program choice. IRCC thinks you are using MBA to try for PR. FYI - PGWPs are changing and may be focused on areas in demand - trades, healthcare etc. So keep that in mind.

So then why must you take the program if it doesn’t make financial sense? You need to explain why UCW is the only school that will give you better career opportunities when you return to home country. IRCC doesn’t think it makes financial sense. I don’t know why you want to study in Canada as it is your career choice.
IRCC is concerned about funds too. How long is program? What did you show in funds?
2 years I showed enough funds dear more than their requirement and my father is the sponsor. What did u understand about the funds?

Don’t call me dear. You are 26 and married so you show your own personal bank statements. IRCC doesn’t want or consider funds from your father as you are not a dependant. So that is another reason to address as you are an auditor with a good salar but don’t have funds for your own education.
Since you are living in UAE, you show that you have residency to return to when you complete your studies. If you cannot, you show ties to return to country of citizenship. Many people from UAE are refused because they cannot show ties to return.
he transferred to my account. It was shown under my name. And btw I have a car I bought it from my own cash. But it’s under my fathers name due to rental contract issue. Can I still show the car when it’s under fathers name?
So did you document where the money came from? IRCC doesn’t like to see money dumped into an account and raises red flags. What does a car have to do with a study permit?
