It is your financial situation. Your father’s statements and cash do not have to be considered by IRCC because you are married and no longer a dependant. You have to explain when you reapply why you cannot afford your own studies and need parent to do so.
Seriously, are you trying to immigrate because your profile and choice of schools seems to indicate it. If you really want to study in Canada, you should be:
a) Changing schools to a public DLI
b) applying without spouse to show ties to return
c) showing career opportunities in the country you are returning to. If not returning to country of citizenship then need to show residency permit for another country
d) showing own funds and not father’s
e) ECA for degree and that you have the academic history for a MBA program
