Study permit from Italy to Canada

Yes she is fully vaccinated. The high school in my area isn't semesters, it's the same courses from September to June. If she doesn't get the study permit soon she most likely not come as she will miss too much school. This is our first time as a homestay host family. We evicted our tenant in our house in order to do this. We found out in August that we had a student coming from China and then found out a that her study permit got rejected, then we got this girl from Italy as a late applicant.

She may or may not get a decision (approval or refusal) soon. If she does before 12 weeks then she is fortunate.

She applied in August, I think it's been about 6 weeks.

She applied extremely late. Nothing she can do but wait.

Mine took around 8 weeks from Italy.

I applied on 15th of July and got approval on 8th of September
