Is medical completed? 5-6 weeks for January intake is very tight due to Christmas holidays and passport stamping time. Also take into consideration immigration background checks and your profile (do you live in country of citizenship, countries lived in, verifying documentation).
No I haven't dont medical yet. I am applying from my mother's country where I hold a permenant status, also I am showing bank statement of my mother's that covers all years of education and studies. we also paid 8,000$ CAD, and a financial affidavit from my mother stating her full support along with her source of funds and all of assets.

I also included a marraige certificate just in case and her travel history with mine. Also I did my highschool abroad and I just returend.

Hello, why november is the last month. do they not process in december?
I am from India, and I am still waiting for my visa ever since 16th August. During december they function only for two weeks or so, so november is the only time of hope for me, already been 2.5 months. My background check has been in progress for the entire period, however biometrics and eligibility was completed.

So if you have not done medial then getting permit approved and stamped before January intake will be difficult.

What do you mean the government only works for two weeks in December? There are two holidays in December (25 and 26) where the government is closed not two weeks.

The government is closed for only 2 days i.e. 25th and 26th also I’ve been waiting since 28th March so there’s that

I see, I forgot to mention that my biometrics were taken in the past, so I dont need to go through the process of giving them again. Will this speed up the process? and I uploaded many supporting documents such police clearnce even though it is not requiered for my country.

Many people wait much longer so I cannot tell you if you will be approved in time. Has your eligibility and background check been completed? Medical has yet to be requested. Biometrics is one piece.

I am starting my application on november 1st, also yes on my previous application my background check was completed but my eligibility was refused due an error in my application where I uploaded wrong document by mistake thinking it was the right one.

does background completed mean that its succesful?

Background completion doesn’t mean success. It means that immigration and security checks were completed as well as verifying authenticity of all submitted documentation. If you have not submited et and processing is at least 7 weeks that is December 20. Processing does not including medicals and passport stamping. Passport stamping can take around 10 business days and factor in holidays.

I see, do you think I still got a shot? 7 weeks for process and 2 weeks for passport stamping, that will leave me couple 3 days before the start of my course.
