I think they are processing quicker then

I think they are quicker now because yesterday CIC reviews 3 days application

what is really frustrating is .. i know some of my friends who got their visa in 48 hours after submitting the application.. and they submitted way after me ....

thats different
visa and sp ext is different
visa usually takes 1 week

Also tell me something brother ..

I had applied for Study permit extension using one college documents .. like offer letter etc etc however i later got an offer from Lambton college mississuaga which i want to go to .. now payment deadline is coming soon .. for my other college and lambton ..

Do you know if i would have to pay for both ? or can i just pay for the college i want to go to ? however all my visa applicaiton document are based on the other college ..

What do you think i should do ?

i am notnot sure because cic might check u adimission letter but it doesnt happens a lot
but if they checked，and you are not going to the admission letter school, they will rejet u and u have to restore your status.
If you don't mind, you can cancel your apply and apply again with the new offer that's the best I can think

You use web form and send new college documents before your study permit application result from cic...

If they received your application before your permit expires then you are on an implied status. All good.

If yes,
You use web form and send new college documents before your study permit application result from cic...

The web form is to inform CIC that you have changed , I don't think it will affect the sp application
