The web form is to inform CIC that you have changed , I don't think it will affect the sp application

i am notnot sure because cic might check u adimission letter but it doesnt happens a lot but if they checked，and you are not going to the admission letter school, they will rejet u and u have to restore your status. If you don't mind, you can cancel your apply and apply again with the new...

thats different visa and sp ext is different visa usually takes 1 week

totally understand i wait 9 weeks I think they are quicker now because yesterday CIC reviews 3 days application

I think they are processing quicker then Be patient and check CIC account often u will get it :)
