The Indians also have a special route, which lowers the barrier of entry for them. It is called the student direct stream (SDS). With only a cash deposit of $10,000CAD to be deposit at a specific institution in Canada, if all other documentation is in place, the study permit is approved withing 2-3weeks. Mind you there are more of them applying than Nigerians, but our applications are delayed for 2-6months sometimes up to a year, and they will still refuse it, despite all documentation in place and funds in place.Asians especially Indians are taking over... they are perfect when it comes to forgery... naija still learning from them to be frank... whenever i visit their thread, i see a lot of approval like its so damn easy for them... anyway, we hope for the best
It prolly doesn’t relate but I feel like most countries usually accept Indians more over Nigerians for a reason . no offence but I feel like Indians are easily manipulated than Nigerians . A Nigerian man can be working for you but will open eyes for other options . Once they see a better position, they’re gone . But Indians have this loyalty thing about them . I don’t know how to explain exactly. During my social care work , I worked with a lot of Indians. We Nigerians will constantly be looking for agencies that treat employees well or pay higher etc , but Indians will just be comfortable with their situation. The Indians also have a special route, which lowers the barrier of entry for them. I am not bothered, let us hope the Canadians can manage whatever repercussions come with the immigration choices and policies they are making at the moment.
Cheers.

You go to Dubai and you see them under hot sun tilling the floor . You turn and see a black man under shade scrambling for cold water , as per he cannot come and kill himself . Point is most countries are easily intimidated by Nigerians (skills , ability to adapt, survive etc) but they will never accept .
no offence again please

Did they request for your passport or you submitted it with VFS? . If they requested your passport after medicals then go ahead . If not , please wait if you’re going be booking a non refundable trip .

New Zealand is a bit expensive if I must sayGood morning,
For those who may want to consider alternative destination for studies, I would suggest looking into New Zealand.
I wish you all the very best.

I do not think so, the exchange rate is 1CAD=1.16NZD. So if you could afford Canada then you should be able to afford New Zealand. In terms of the value of money and economy, Canada, New Zealand, Australia are birds of a feather.New Zealand is a bit expensive if I must say
