Online, this is my second time, the refusal was because of my immigration status and purpose of visit, am wondering what did you show them about your status in saudi, since visit Saudi visa is not helping some people, you living in saudi with your parents? And you applied online or paper?

It only shows the validity of biometrics wait for the other email that comes after that, it's the decision. But in my case I did not receive a second email. I went ahead to my GCKEY account and found out a day after the correspondence letter that I was approved.
I don't think status in Saudi has a big impact. I am on visit visa as well, it expired on October (while my study permit was still on process in the embassy) and had to extend another 3mos, so it would total 6mos.
Tuition is 16kCAD, but I only paid half. Money showed in bank account is SR69,000
