Anyone applied from Saudi Arabia?

Hi All,

I Submitted my application on 20-July-2016 for study permit (paper based). Till now I did not received any SMS or email stating my docs received by CIC Riyadh, I also tried VFS website to track my application but its showing no record found.

Please advice if we receive any notification once application submitted/delivered to Riyadh CIC?

It takes 3-4 days. As the past two days were off due to the weekend, wait till tomorrow. You will get an email from VFS with your tracking number saying 'your application has been forwarded'.

Hi All,

I received VFS email today stating that my processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 07 Aug 2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

I applied Paper Based & Linked my application online as well, but I do not see any status update in mycic account its same as of July 20, 2016.

Please advice what does it means?

Applied on May 25 and got the visa approved on Aug 17 .. today I received the passports stamped.

People applied from KSA, please share your application time and status.

I put the new 5 years expiry date. However, I also showed that the contract with my employer is beyond the expiry date.
