I’m also waiting for visa approval from Pakistan.
My timelines are like:
I submitted my application on 14th May.
I do not require biometric and medical examination because I have already done it in 2017.
There is no update on my account since then.

How do you not need a medical? Program?

but mahad, medical examination should not be more than 6 months old, and yes biometric validity is for 10 years

• You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

Because they haven't started review of your file to ask for medical. if your program starts in September and haven't yet done the medical then may need to defer.
