I just got the POE introduction letter today but no tracking information for returned passport. Has any of you guys experience same conditions? I mean before they sent back your passport, did you get any tracking information?

No I did not get any tracking information. I think you will receive your passport soon. I got mine the day after I received the POE introduction letter.

They sent mine with the return envelope I sent them. It was also first class express. Any updates on yours?

Hey guys,

I applied online on Sep 20th and they asked for my medical examination on December 17th. I did the examination and made sure it was forwarded to them by Dec 23rd, but still no updates from them. I'm really worried.

I'm staying in the US but I'm not a US citizen, I came here 5 months ago.

Does anyone of you know how long it takes for them to do the processing after the medical??? Can anyone help me? codedguy31, have you received any updates from them?

All was done. Now I am waiting in Toronto for my university starts. The reason tracking number shows not available was simply because they put my mail into a mailbox and usps handle it as a first class mail (Since no one fill the returning information). I believe it is a mistake made by usps.
