I think you are supposed to include a business replay mail in your mail package? Or you do not have to?

I included Canada Xspress post envelope, but on there website there is information that they return documents by firs class mail only!(

Oh that's why it was processed so quickly. Yours must be processed as 'applying within canada'

Within canada is much faster. Online is faster than paper but still have to wait longer than processed within canada.

You can actually call them if you are in canada. I think the number only works if called in canada.

No, unfortunately it's impossible, only email
