Thank you for reply. But I think one does not have to report to cic if he transfer to another college in canada. Hence study permit does not have to be changed?

So if you withdraw from the university now and leave canada, after years coming back for another school, you cannot even use the student visa on your passport even if it has not expired?

I already got my study permit and got into canada a few days ago, however, for some reasons probably I do not wish to continue at my current canadian university. So if I withdraw from my current university and get out of canada, and after years I got accepted into another university in canada...

All was done. Now I am waiting in Toronto for my university starts. The reason tracking number shows not available was simply because they put my mail into a mailbox and usps handle it as a first class mail (Since no one fill the returning information). I believe it is a mistake made by usps.

If your application is closed, then you will receive a letter of POE. But did you finally check the usps return envelope tracking information? Did they send any email if they send back your passport?

I just got the POE introduction letter today but no tracking information for returned passport. Has any of you guys experience same conditions? I mean before they sent back your passport, did you get any tracking information?

Mine was not delivered first time (at 11 am) but then the tracking shows it was delivered after 2 hours (about 2 or 3 pm) It is confusing, did you check the delivery confirmation? It does not looks like a signature anyway...

Yeah I think it depends on the university. My problem is that I am not able to enroll in any classes at this time. However, I worried if the canada immigration requires you to stay in full time enrollment? Like do I have to enroll full time right after arriving (landing) canada?
