Student visa (TRV) got approved in India still Confusion!!

Asking on behalf of my friend!!

My friend's Student visa (TRV) got approved recently during the travel restrictions as she comes under the exemptions but she is still stuck in India as the visa is still not stamped.

So does anyone knows what would be the next step? Will she get any instructions for the visa to be stamped on the passport?

Anyone with the same situation?

Which exemption? Only students approved prior to March 18 can travel as far as I understand.

Hey,
Actually she got Study Permit after 18th March but she got Study Permit Extension and her visa also got approved because of this reason. That's why I wrote Exempted.

Please let me know if you have any new information.

Just wait for vfs center to be opened, if u have ur visa approval then u don't need appointment for stamping.
