student visa rejected

hello everyone m student visa has been rejected for the reason tht "my previous study do not match wid my course "
before nything else.. i want to share some info. abt my previous studies .
I am a non med. student and completed my schooling dis year only.
nd cousre i had applied for was "Associate of science degree" in douglas college vanocuver .


basically i want to knw y emebessy rejected my visa . bcz i thnk this is not the reason , nd wht shud i do ,, shud i apply for the same (same course , same college and same intake)

sorry to hear about your rejection bro. You should select a course that extactly matches your previous studies. Once your are there in Canada you can always change you major.

Regarding reapplying consult some one professional so that your case is stronger than before.

Could you please let us know that did CHC send you your medical form or your visa was rejected without medical.

Buddy with the limited amount of info that i have in this regard I would suggest that you change your course that matches with your previous education. Now to get approved in another course and getting the documents ready will take a lot of time so I recommend that relax and start fresh. Select some other course and apply for the fall 2011 intake. Mean while consult with a professional.

Keep in mind that you can always change your course once you are there in Canada.

Let me know what about those course that we have to pay fee in advance whilst applying for study permit.
Is there any possibility that upon reaching Canada we could get enrolled to some other course in same college/univeristy ?

Yar I would suggest that you call the international students office at the university that you are going to and ask in detail as you are involving the money element with changing courses. But as far as my knowledge is concerned, there are dates called drop date for every course that you enroll in. If you drop a course before that date you will be refunded. But than again since money is involved i suggest that your call your college or university and clarify this issue.

arrewo to thee hai bt mane fees bhar d hai college ki ... nd refund honey mein usey 4- 5 weeks lagenge..... nd mein ek aur baat clear krna chahta hoon th ... mere previous studies maths physics and chemistry k related thee nd mera course ka naam " Associate of science degree" which is related to maths and chemisty ,,,, if college can give me admission thn eht s wrong wid embessy ???

OK now this is bad. Since your courses are in line with your previous studies then this is not the reason for your rejection unless the VO did not understand the exact nature of the degree you intended to pursue. tell us more about your case. apart from the fee u paid how much more amount did you show. Who was sponsoring you. Did u attach his/her employment record, pay slips, bank statements, affidavit of support.

More over how many people are there in your family. I sthere any one living in canada which might give the impression that you are also trying to migrate through study visa. When did you graduate. Is there a gap in your studies. Write is detail.

liquid money we showed was more than 25 lakhs .... my dad is sponsoring me . nd yeah i have attaches each and every document ..
yeah i my sister are living in cananda (p.e bases)

and there is no gap .. i have completed my schooling dis year only....
