Visa re apply - please help

i luv the way US handle thr visa processing.. in 3 working days u get ur PP with sticker ;D

in just 1 day u know whether u r getting the visa or not.. n just look at canada... 1 month n still not sure u getting the visa or not

i strongly feel canada shd go US way

Oh I feel sorry for you. But when did you apply and where ? Whats the reason for rejection ?

i applied on 28 july and refused on 3 aug..by CHC delhi..

The reason they gave is , according to them i am not able to satisfy them that i will leave Canada by the end of the course because:
you proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other education opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans.

As i have completed my graduation(three year) this year and in Canada i took admission at Fanshawe college in Computer System Technician course which is 2 year diploma course. For that i took 10 lakh loan for two years.I don't have any gap in my studies.I have 6 bands in IELTS( listening 6.5, reading 6.5, writing 6.5 ,speaking 5).
I got 60% in my 10th and 12th exams, and aggregate 71% in my graduation (BSc(Computer Science)-3 Year)...

1. Its clearly a case of "mismatch selection of study" which is not relevant to your prior course or work experience, if any. I would recommend search again for a course at any University level.

2. and also, I think your speaking part (with IELTS score of 5.0) might have went against you, though I am NOT fully sure of it. but yes, its clearly a case of "mismatch Study plans".

ya clearly understand ....
and as a result i have changed the course and planning to re-apply for jan session...and hopefully it would be success..
but i am tensed as....in re-apply VO dosen't send back any other refusal reason......
