-have sufficient and available financial resources , without working in canada to maintain yourself and family members who are accompanying you during your proposed study.
-have sufficient and available financial resources , without working in canada to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any faimly who are accompanying you to and from canada.
-Purpose of visit
-you have not satisfied me that you wuld leave canada at the end of your stay.

Hello Everyone,

I applied for the study permit on October 11th 2016 and got a refusal on November 4th 2016.

points for refusal:

-You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay.

-Travel History
-Family ties in Canada and in country of residence.
-Purpose of visit

I got admitted in George Brown College for January 2017 Intake in Post Graduate Certification. Program of study Wireless Networking. There are many employment prospects in my country of residence.

Duration of the course 1 Year.
Fee payed for the whole year.
Funds shown after payment 50,000CAD
Undertaking from my parents on a legal paper that i will come back
stated clearly on the SOP submitted to Visa office that I will come back.
Brother is a Canadian Citizen sent an invite to stay at his house during the stay.
Eldest brother is in the country of residence but different city.
Submitted all educational and work documents and supporting documents.

I need help! what should I do now with such short time remaining? how can I satisfy them? Should I re-apply?

Thanks for your time. Have a nice a day!

I applied on 22 September 2016 and got refusal on 29th September 2016. I need to apply before 15th November 2015. because processing time is 4 weeks in riyadh embassy and university session will be start on 5th january 2017.
My uncle is in canada, he can provide any financial support during my 4 years study. will it be helpful for one of the refusal by embassy.
can pls send me study plan also.

Thanks for your cooperation.

With two brothers and an uncle already in Canada, you need to develop much stronger ties to your home country before you reapply. I would work to develop stronger ties over the next year and then consider applying again.

Dear All,

I have gone my refusal and realized that there is a financial issue and strong justification is required to leave canada after your study. For this, my uncle is ready to provide sponsorship from canada and it will additional support along with my father support. now I m working on study plan than next week application will be submitted. Anybody guide me, i m on right track or not for 2nd attempt.
